This jam is so delicious. It is especially good to have with yogurt since the jam has more of a liquid texture to it. I have to give credit to Elisa, a good friend of my sister who is the owner of this recipe. The really great thing about this recipe is that you can customize it according to to the fruits you have. When I made the jam with Elisa I used apricots but you can basically use any fruits you like.
Here is the recipe
Ingredients:
-juice from 1 or 2 lemons
-1 kg o fruits
-500grams of sugar
Instructions:
-Place all ingredients in a saucepan and cook for 1 hour at low temperature. Make sure to keep on mixing your cooking jam. When the jam is done cooking place it in jars and closes immediately.
