Swiss Bircher Muesli

Who doesn't love overnight oats to start of their day, it is easy to make, healthy and just delicious. But did you know that it is actually a Swiss dish? Yes invented by Maximilian Bircher-Benner, a Swiss nutritionist who just wanted to create a healthy dish for his patients. This is overnight oats with banana and peanut butter and it is a must-try.

Ingredients:

-1 1/2 cup of oats

-1 1/2 cup of milk

-2 banana(1 to mash up and 1 for decoration)

-1/4 cup of peanut butter(I put 1/3 but it was too much)

-1 tsp of vanilla

Instructions:

In a large bowl mix the oats and milk. Smash 1 banana with a fork and add it in, add the peanut butter and vanilla and mix well. Cut the second banana into thin slices and add it over your overnight oats. For extra decorations, you can melt some peanut butter and drizzle it over. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy. If the peanut butter taste is too strong you can add some natural yogurt over it, it tastes amazing
