Brownies

These are not the usual brownies. They are more of a mixture between a chocolate cake and a brownie. They are very difficult to serve but that sort of makes them more feel like a homemade comfort food. They way I see it is that you make it at home and you nibble it and don't care about how it looks but you just enjoy the delicious taste of sweet, chocolate, smooth and moist it gives as you take a bit of it. When I made the brownies for my video I took some to school to give to my friends. One of my friends wanted to cry it was so good. One was wanting to know when I post the video on youtube so I am not joking when I say these brownies are damn good!

Here is the recipe:

for brownies

-2 cups of sugar

-1 cup of butter

-4 eggs

4 Tlbs of cocoa powder

-1 tsp of vanilla

-2 cups of flour

for frosting

-1/2 cup of butter

-174 cup of milk

-2 cups of powder sugar

-4 Tlbs of cocoa powder

Instructions for brownies:

Add the sugar and butter into a bowl and mix for about 2 min. Add the eggs and cocoa and mix. And finally, add the vanilla and flour. Place in a 9x13 pan and bake it off for 20 min at 200C. Let cool for at least 0 min and spread evenly the frosting on the brownies. Let cool for 20 min before eating or if you are too impatient you can just eat it but it will be harder to serve.

Instructions for the frosting:

In a bowl beat the butter and milk. Then mix in the powdered sugar and lastly mix in the cocoa.
