This was inspired by a recipe on someone else's youtube channel an dI sorte of invinted it. I have been making it for the past 2 years now and I really enjoyed it most time I have made. It is not difficult to make and really not hard to screw up. That is why I like it so much. I definetly think it is worth sharing.
Here is the recipe:
-2 cups of oats
-4 banana's
-small dash of vanilla extract
-1/4 cup of dark chocolate
-1/4 cup of milk chocolate
-1/4 cup of dried cranberries
-1/2 tsp of cinnamon

Instructions:
In a large bowl mash 4 banana's, you want them to be really smoochi and almost look like a thick batter. Add the oats and the rest of the ingreidents and mix well with a wooden spoon or spatula, whatever you like. Go ahead and place parahcament paper on pans and form your cookies by placing a ball of the dough(any size you would like) and pressing it down using your hands or maybe a drinking glass. Press down to ensure it looks like a normale cookie. Bake off at 180 C for around 12 min. Let cool before serving and eating them.
