Healthy chocolate pancakes

Like I said in my video I recently invented this recipe a little bit out of the blue. I looked at other healthy pancakes recipes and changed the ingredients and came up with this. Definitely, a recipe to try and make. I think what makes these pancakes so special is the effect of the whipped egg whites and the oat flour.

Here is the recipe:

Ingredients:

-1 1/4 banana

-3 tbs of natural yogurt

-1 tsp of baking powder

-1 packet of vanilla sugar

-1/2 cup of oats

-1tlb of unsweetened cocoa powder

-1 egg white

-1 tbs of coconut oil

Instructions:

In a medium bowl mash the banana, it is highly important that it gets really mushy because it makes the texture of the pancakes better. Add the yogurt and mix with a spatula, add the baking powder, vanilla sugar an continue mixing. In a blender blends the oats until very fine like a sort of powder or flour. Add it to your banana mixture and mix well. The batter will be stiff. Add the cocoa powder and stir and then 1 whipped egg white until white and fluffy using a hand mixture or some sort. Fold the egg whites into your mixture. Prepare your pan and add your coconut oil. Take some of the batters and place it on the pan to form a pancake, you can make it as big as you want to depend on how you like your pancakes. And like any other pancakes when the bubbles at the top start to pop flip your pancake over. This is the most challenging part of and you will probably screw it up the first time you make it. I almost screw it up every time I make them. But don't worry it will taste delicious. After your pancake is flipped and ready to eat serve it as you like but I advice putting some natural yogurt and blueberries and then a drizzle of maple syrup.
