A very healthy dessert(if you compare it to others) that uses the least amount of ingredients a dessert could possibly use. When you take a bit out of it you feel the tremendous and the chocolate taste of it all. A dish that I feel people do not make or eat enough.
Ingredients:
-6 eggs
-250 grams of good quality dark chocolate
-pinch of salt
Instructions:
In a double boiler melt the chocolate until it is smooth. Separate the eggs. Wait until the chocolate is completely cooled down before mixing it with the egg yolks. When the egg yolks and chocolate is combined ad a pinch of salt to the egg whites and beat them until they are white and fluffy. Fold them in with the egg yolks and refrigerate overnight.
