Overnight oats 3 ways

I am going to share 3 different recipes for overnight oats. Overnight oats are super practical for meal prepping and it is delicious a very healthy breakfast. Sadly I only discovered this dish recently but I think it needs to be shared more with people because it is truly incredible.

Let's start with the recipe of the berry overnight oats.

Ingredients:

-1 cup of oats

-1 cup of milk

-1 cup of raspberries

-1 cup of blueberries

-1 banana

-splash of vanilla

Instructions:

In a bowl mix the oats and milk. Add the berries and mix well. Add the banana and vanilla and mix again. Refrigerate overnight.

Let's move on to the grape and banana overnight oats

Ingredients:

-1 cup of oats

-1 cup of milk

-splash of vanilla

-3/4 cup of grapes halved

-1 cup of natural yogurt

-1 mashed banana

-1/2 of an apple chopped or grated(I grated mine)

Instructions:

In a bowl mix the oats and milk with a wooden spoon or a spatula. Add the vanilla, grapes, yogurt, banana, and apple and mix well. If you do decide to chop your apple make sure they are very small. You don't want big chunks of apple to appear in your dish. Make sure to incorporate all of your ingredients very well.

Let's go to our last recipe which is the 4 ingredients overnight oat

Ingredients:

-1 cup of milk

-1 cup of oats

-1 mashed banana

-1/2 of a chopped or grated apple

Instructions:

In a bowl mix the oats and milk. Add the fruits and stir. Refrigerate overnight.
