Smoothie 3 ways

I think that many people don't realize how incredibly easy it is to

make your own smoothies then to have to go and buy some at the store. I hope I am wrong though. You will

realize that these 3 smoothies are very similar I wanted to show that you can use similar ingredients but that you can still change it up a bit. Let's start with the berry smoothie.


Ingredients:

-1 cup of milk

-250 grams of frozen berries

Instructions:

Place the ingredients in a blender and mix until combined. Your smoothie does taste better when they are frozen so I highly suggest using them if you can.


Mango smoothie

Ingredients:

-1 mango

-1/4 cup of milk

Instructions:

Add all ingredients in a blender and mix well until combined. I do have to say that this is a very small portion so if you want to make it for more people you will have to double or triple the number of ingredients.


Rasberry banana smoothie

Ingredients:

-1/2 banana

-250 grams of frozen raspberries

-1/2 cup of milk

Instructions:

Add all ingredients in a blender and mix well until combined.
