That new year's resolution for losing weight and eating healthier is common for a lot of people. Here is a great recipe to resolve that new year wish. These sweet potatoes are easy to make, healthy and delicious oh and I forgot to mention but also it is vegan. It is definitely something to try.
Here is the recipe:
for 1 portion
Ingredients:
-1 sweet potato
-salt
-pepper
-3 tbs olive oil
Instructions:
Cut the sweet potato in the preferred size you want(size of a french fries). Transfer it to a bowl and add the olive oil and salt and pepper. Take some sort of cover(plate for example)and shake the sweet potato fries to make sure it gets incorporated with the olive oil. Place the fries on a pan and bake it for 20 min at 180 Celcius. Take it out and flip it over for the other side to get cooked as well. Bake it for another 20 minutes. Serve it warm and if you want you can add more salt to it.
