Tuna fish egg salad

Firstly to start with this recipe is actually from my sister, I have to give her credit for it. I tried this dish around 2 years ago. I specifically remember my sister made it for me and I have always loved it. It is healthy, easy to make and delicious.

Here is the recipe

Ingredients:

For 1 person

-2 cups of lettuce

-1 egg

-2 Tablespoons of olive oil

-1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar

-1 can of tuna

-1 tablespoon of mayonnaise

-1/4 of an apple

-splash of olive oil

-salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Place the lettuce in a bowl. In a separate bowl mix the tuna and mayonnaise together(Tip: if you want to be healthier you can use nature yogurt instead of the mayonnaise). Add the tuna in the bowl with lettuce and mix a bit. Chopp the apple and add it in the mixture. Prepare your salad dressing by mixing in a glass the olive oil and balsamic vinegar with a fork. Add the salt and pepper and mix again. Prepare the pan to cook the eggs by heated a medium size pan at medium heat and place the olive oil on it. Crack the egg in the pan. Place some salt and pepper on the egg while cooking. When the egg is ready to eat place it at the top of your salad bowl and enjoy.
