Not only is this dish vegan but it is also super delicious. It is healthy, easy to make and personally I am not a vegan and I eat this dish often and I crave it so much a lot of the time.
Here is the recipe
Ingredients:
-2 cups of oats
-2 cups of almond milk
-2 mashed banana's
-1 grated apple
-1 tsp of vanilla extract
-1 tsp of cinnamon
-2 cups of blueberries
Instructions:
In a large bowl add the almond milk and oats. Mix very well with a wooden spoon. Add the fruits and mix well. Add the vanilla and cinnamon and again mix well. When finished place in the refrigerator overnight.
