Chocolate chip cookies

I always make these chocolate chip cookies when I am just in the mood for something sweet and delicious. Each time I would make these small delights for some special occasion people seem to always ask" What is in these cookies and how do you make them?" Here is the recipe:

Ingredients:

- 1 cup of unsalted butter

-3/4 cup of brown sugar

-3/4 cup of white sugar

-1 tsp of vanilla extract

-2 eggs

-2 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour

-1 tsp of salt

-1 tsp of baking soda

-2 cups of chocolate chips

Instructions:

I a large bowl you want to mix and loosen up the butter. You can do this with a mixer or by hand. Then you want to add the white sugar and mix well until well, making sure to scrape the sides. Place the eggs in one at a time. Add the vanilla extract. Make sure your mixture is well incorporated. In a separate bowl whisk the dry ingredients and add them to the butter and egg mixture slowly. Add the chocolate chips. On a baking pan place a tsp of a dollop of the dough making sure there is space in between each cookie to bake. Place in the oven for 10-13 min at 180 celsius/360 F. When the cookies are out of the oven to make sure to let them cool for a while before placing them on a plate.
