Scrambled eggs avocado toast

One of the go-to meals that I always find myself craving or really wanting to make. It is rare to find a day where I am not craving eggs and this dish gives more than just eggs but it contains cheese, avocado and can be eaten for all 3 dishes in the day.



Here is the recipe

for 3-4 people

Ingredients:

-6 eggs

-1 tsp of salt

-1 tsp of pepper

-half of a chopped avocado

-1/4 cup of chopped gruyère

-4 tbsp of unsalted butter

-3-6 pieces of medium size bread

Instructions:

In a medium bowl crack and mix with a fork the eggs until fully incorporated. Add the salt and pepper. Add the cheese and avocado and mix well. In the meantime toast your bread for about 2 min until slightly crispy and not too soft. Add 1/2 to 1/4 of sliced avocado peace onto each toast spread evenly. In a medium-size saucepan on medium heat place 2 tablespoons of butter in the pan and add the egg mixture. Let the eggs sit for a couple of minutes. Start stirring the eggs with a spatula until they are cooked and ready to be served. Place them on the toast pieces of bread and sprinkle with a finale ouch of salt and pepper and enjoy.
